Location was peaceful and particularly good, near to main centre, shops including Tesco and public transport. Staff were helpful and amicable any time of the day.

We stayed 3 nights and had comfortable time. Amiable staff and host, they treated us like family. The room was spotlessly clean and complete with coffee as well as the heating on high. You could use a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges if you wanted to cook.

Good facilities, it had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. The bathroom was wonderful and large here. The place was 500 metres away from One Canonmills.

The location of this residence is ideal, being in the city centre and close to all the attractions. the room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with modern amenities. the bathroom was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable experience. the service provided by the owners was prompt and professional, with quick responses to any queries. the breakfast options were abundant and delicious, ensuring a good start to the day. the facilities and advantages of the room made for a pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent and I got ironing for free. The beds were very comfy to sleep in. Was able to cook myself - kitchenette was available.

Wanted to see Edinburgh popular places and this apartment was convenient base for exploring most of them. Had early check-in too.

Our first family trip with our one year old daughter was made perfect by our stay at Beaverhall. The owners were fantastic with communication, and the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the apartment itself was even better than the pictures. The location was quiet but well-connected to public transport, with supermarkets nearby. We'll be recommending this accommodation to everyone we know.

Stayed here with my baby and overall loved this apartment. Had shower facilities and bath sheets in the bathroom, that was nice.

The apartment was lovely place for sightseeing in Edinburgh, liked it. Appreciated the easy check-in too. There were iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set, a walk-in shower. It had a private bathroom.
